| Local Trading |
| The Securities House has gained a wide experience in the local market. The government owned the company
through the Kuwait Investment Authority from 1986 until 1996 when the company was privatized. Our local
investment team was playing an important role to implement the government's policy in stabilizing the stock
exchange in Kuwait after the severe crisis that it had witnessed in 1982. This unique experience in market
making is an invaluable asset in our local investment capabilities. Our achievements in the local market for
the past five years show levels of performance higher than the Kuwait Stock Exchange Index. |

| Portfolio Management |
The Securities House manages around $1.5 billion including institutional and individual's assets.
We manage three types of accounts:
- Discretionary accounts
- Non-Discretionary accounts
- Custody accounts
All of which are provided with services related to account management, i.e. collection of merits related to the
stocks, representation in the public assemblies, and the provision of periodical reports.
The Securities House is proud to have one of the most efficient back offices in the investment industry in
Kuwait. Our back office and our department for client services enable successful management of our client's
accounts. |
