The Securities House K.S.C.C. announced that it will increase the capital of Al-Shaeb Real Estate Company from KD 10 million to KD 50 million. The marketing period for increasing the capital is anticipated to be in the third quarter of this year. Mr. Bader Al-Salman from Oha Engineering Consulting Firm, who is now supervising the design and outlook of the property which covers an area of 16,000 m 2 . Mr. Al-Salman said the we got the approval of increasing the buildup ratio up 400% which gives us the increase from 600% to 1000%.

Mr. Al-Salman announced that this building will contain an International Trade Center and hotel that consist of 60 levels will be constructed on the partial of land with a chance of adding a hotel that will accommodate the Businessmen Center

On the other hand Mr. Boodai announced that international firms will participate to design this building so it will be a modern monument and a symbol in Kuwait that will reflect the view of Kuwait to foreign investors.
