The property, which serves as the headquarters of the Child and Family Services Agency, is located two blocks east of L'Enfant Plaza in Southwest Washington, D.C. Tishman Speyer Properties will act as property manager and leasing agent for the building, whilst Arch Street Capital Advisors, L.L.C. will serve as asset manager.
